End User License Agreement

Effective Date: 27th March 2026

1. Licence Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the OpenWhen App for personal use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Use the app for unlawful purposes

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content but grant us rights to operate the service.

4. Subscription Requirement

Use of certain features requires an active paid subscription.

5. Suspension

We may suspend access if:

• Payments fail

• Terms are breached

6. Updates

We may update or modify the app at any time.

7. Termination

This licence ends if:

• You cancel your account

• We terminate access due to breach

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service or guaranteed delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
